Purchases lost in the post are non refundable unless insured, this can be arranged prior to shipping over the phone

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of products purchased or if goods arrived damaged you must contact our sales office within 3 days from receipt of order for a returns authorisation email. We will promptly refund or exchange products found to be faulty. Items must be returned in their original condition or in the condition they were delivered to you the customer. gabriellescardsnprints.com may ask for an emailed photo of damaged goods to save on returns shipping costs.
